Placement Officer

Virginia is the Placement Officer.  This role involves dealing with families and their requests for care and working with educators in relation to the appropriate placement of children. Matching families’ requests and expectations of care with the care vacancies that exist is a difficult task.  Virginia has experienced family day care as a Child Development Officer, a parent, an educator and now as the Placement Officer. Virginia’s understanding of family day care from all levels assists her in the role of Placement Officer.
